Symptoms of Anxiety

Symptoms of Anxiety:

Worrying about everything
A feeling of restlessness
Insomnia or Sleep Disturbance
Physical Tension - feeling keyed up
Irritability
Feeling tired and exhausted
Feeling confused
Lack of patience
Inability to focus or concentrate
Difficulty breathing
Sweating or shaking
Inability to speak clearly

Of course, these are the more common symptoms of anxiety we see on a regular basis.   Anxiety can manifest in many more ways too.
