We offer face to face counselling and hypnotherapy services from our Norwest Lakeside Office, and virtual hypnotherapy and counselling, Australia-wide, at a time that fits in with you.
Online, remote, and virtual therapy offers benefits such as convenience, cost savings, and increased accessibility compared to in-person sessions. Online therapy is considered just as effective, with clients benefiting from the comfort and privacy of their own space, which can enhance relaxation and receptivity to the therapy. To participate, you need a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera, and a private, quiet location to ensure a successful and effective session.
Lifeforce Hypnotherapy and Counselling has been operating successfully in private practice since 2013, with a long and well respected reputation for helping clients find clarity and purpose in life.
We aim to provide clients with tools and resources to help them maintain excellent mental health and overall well-being.
As your therapists, we hold space for you while you work through things at your own pace, assisted by us, guiding you towards your desired outcome.
We use many different therapies in our sessions, always tailored to the requirements of the individual. Our style is forthright and direct while maintaining empathy.
We are nationally accredited counsellors, hypnotherapists, clinical supervisors, and coaches with the ACA, ASCH, and AHA, with many years of experience, allowing us to bring a judgement free professional therapy service to clients, regardless of where you are located.
Payment Facilities
EFTPOS, PayPal, all major credit cards, including American Express, GPay and Apple Pay.
Medical Fund Rebates
Are available. However, this depends on your Medical Fund and the type and amount of cover you have. Please refer below for the medical funds issuing rebates.
Do we take mental health care plans?
No, unfortunately, as Registered Counsellors and Clinical Hypnotherapists, we are unable to take mental health care plans. Our industry associations, the ACA and the ASCH, are lobbying hard for Counsellors and Hypnotherapists to be included in the MBS. Until that occurs, only Bulk Billing or Clinical Psychologists can offer subsidised rates or partial refunds for Mental Health Care plans. Often out of pocket expenses from Mental Health Care Plans are quite similar to our therapy fees.

Rebates for Counselling Services are available through: Medibank Private, AHM, Doctors Health Fund, Avant Mutual, Grand United, Saint Luke's Medical, Phoenix Health, Police Health, Emergency Services Health, and Teachers Union Health Fund.

Rebates for Hypnotherapy Services are available through: Australian Unity Health, CBHS Health Fund, CDH Benefits Fund, CUA Health, Grand United Corporate Health, HBF Health, Health Care Insurance, Health Partners, Health.com.au, Medibank Private, Navy Health, Nurses and Midwives Health, Phoenix Health Fund, Queensland Country Health Fund, Railway and Transport Fund, Teachers Health Fund, Westfund.
Receipts are issued electronically and contain our provider numbers. Please note that different medical funds have different provider numbers.
